These Terms of Service govern your use of our landscaping services and website. By engaging our services or using our website, you agree to these terms.

Services Provided

Verdant Mission Viejo Landscaping provides professional landscaping services including but not limited to lawn care, landscape design, installation, hardscaping, irrigation, tree care, and related outdoor maintenance services. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

Estimates and Pricing

We provide estimates for services based on site visits and consultations. Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Final pricing may vary if site conditions differ from initial assessments or if you request changes to the scope of work. We will notify you of any price changes before proceeding with work.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements are made in writing. For larger projects, we may require a deposit before beginning work. Accepted payment methods include cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may incur additional fees as permitted by law.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with less notice may be subject to a service fee. For ongoing maintenance services, please provide two weeks notice if you wish to discontinue service.

Property Access and Conditions

You agree to provide clear access to work areas on scheduled service dates. This includes unlocking gates, moving vehicles, and securing pets. If we cannot access your property as scheduled, you may be charged a trip fee. You are responsible for marking underground utilities and identifying any property hazards before we begin work.

Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work. Plant installations carry a 30-day guarantee against defects or failure due to our installation methods. This warranty does not cover damage from weather events, pest infestations, improper watering, or other factors beyond our control. Hardscape and irrigation work is guaranteed against defects in workmanship for one year from completion date.

Limitation of Liability

While we carry insurance and take care to protect your property, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, unmarked underground utilities, or damages caused by factors outside our control. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered. We are not responsible for plant survival beyond the warranty period or for issues arising from your failure to follow recommended care instructions.

Weather and Service Delays

Weather conditions may require us to reschedule services to protect your property and ensure quality results. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of weather-related delays and reschedule at the earliest opportunity. You will not be charged for services delayed or cancelled due to weather.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
